What to include in your message

The more we know, the faster we can help. Please send:

  • Your user ID (shown on your profile in the app).
  • What happened and when, and a screenshot if you can.
  • Your phone model and Android version, and the app version.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.

Help inside the app

You can also open the Help section on your Profile tab to send us a complaint or suggestion. To report a person or a live stream, use the Report option on their profile or room.

Delete your account

You do not need to contact us for this. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

If someone is in danger

Themes Live is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, and then report the content to us.
